Most small business clients pick up and return from our downtown Miami location. For larger events or tight timelines, we can arrange delivery and/or on-site setup for an additional fee.
Yes. Your kit comes labeled with a simple diagram and a quick-start card. We walk you through the setup when you collect the gear, and you can call us if you get stuck on-site.
Our gear is tested before every rental, but if something fails, call the support number on your rental paperwork. We’ll troubleshoot with you and, when possible, arrange a swap.
For most rentals we require a security deposit and a signed rental agreement. Larger packages or multi-day events may require proof of insurance—share your details and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
