How far in advance should I book equipment?

For weekdays, 3–5 business days is usually enough. For peak days and larger events, we recommend 1–2 weeks’ notice to guarantee availability. Last‑minute? Send your details—we’ll do our best.

Do you offer delivery and pickup, or is it only local pickup?

Most small business clients pick up and return from our downtown Miami location. For larger events or tight timelines, we can arrange delivery and/or on-site setup for an additional fee.

I’m not technical. Will I know how to set everything up?

Yes. Your kit comes labeled with a simple diagram and a quick-start card. We walk you through the setup when you collect the gear, and you can call us if you get stuck on-site.

What happens if something stops working during my event?

Our gear is tested before every rental, but if something fails, call the support number on your rental paperwork. We’ll troubleshoot with you and, when possible, arrange a swap.

Do you require a deposit or insurance?

For most rentals we require a security deposit and a signed rental agreement. Larger packages or multi-day events may require proof of insurance—share your details and we’ll confirm what’s needed.
