1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, reserving, or renting equipment or services from AV Rental Miami (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or equipment.
2. Services Provided
AV Rental Miami provides audiovisual equipment rentals, event production support, and related consulting and delivery services. Equipment may be picked up and returned by clients or delivered by our team as arranged in advance.
3. Rental Period and Returns
The rental period begins upon pick-up or delivery and ends upon the return of all rented items.
Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.
The renter assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage until the items are checked back in by AV Rental Miami staff.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, ACH, or cash (with ID verification).
Deposits may be required for certain rentals or high-value equipment.
All sales are final; refunds or credits are issued solely at our discretion.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time may receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to a 50 % charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather-related or force majeure events will be handled in good faith.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The renter agrees to:
Use equipment only for lawful purposes.
Operate all devices safely and according to provided instructions.
Obtain necessary event permits or venue approvals.
Notify AV Rental Miami immediately if any equipment malfunctions or is damaged.
Return all cables, cases, and accessories included with the rental.
7. Liability and Damage
The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer’s payment method on file.
AV Rental Miami is not liable for injury, property damage, or business losses arising from misuse, malfunction, or failure to operate equipment properly.
8. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery and pickup services are available within Miami-Dade County for an additional fee.
The renter must be present at the delivery address during scheduled times.
Failed delivery or pickup attempts may incur extra charges.
9. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, media, and promotional materials of AV Rental Miami are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without written consent.
10. Privacy
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy to fulfill orders, communicate with clients, and improve services. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AV Rental Miami, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of our equipment or services.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AV Rental Miami’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the renter for the rental or service in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County courts.
14. Amendments
AV Rental Miami reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
